Hello, Podcast Curious Friend.

I'm glad you're here. If you want to build a podcast that builds your business, not your burnout...you're in the right place.

Two things I love: connecting, and talking podcasts. If you're grappling with how to make your podcast work harder than you,
let's chat.

A little more about me...
I'm a podcast industry authority with decades of experience launching award-winning multimedia series and interviews for iconic platforms such as Spotify, MTV, Discovery, and Audible. Over that time, I've learned what builds a loyal audience, and what falls flat.

My #1 goal with Sounds Great:
build podcasts that work harder than my hardworking clientele of founders, enterpreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and Fortune 5 editorial teams.

My decades-spanning multimedia development & strategy work has ranged from content strategies supporting the work of thought leaders and icons such as Mel Robbins, Ryan Gosling, Ludacris, Matthew McConaughey, Bill Clinton, and Stevie Nicks, to custom video series for TLC.com at Discovery, to worldwide, award-winning successes such as Archetypes with Meghan Markle.

(A career highlight was when the Meghan Markle-hosted podcast unseated Joe Rogan from his #1 spot on the charts.)

I'm an avid scholar in the art of karaoke, late-diagnosed dog person (thanks to my Velcro Brussels Griffon, Ruby Ruffles), staunch supporter of the fight to reclaim the em dash, semicolon, "quietly," and the rule of threes from the jaws of AI-generated defeat.

"Courtney was instrumental in shepherding our show, Brutally Informed, to greenlight at Audible. She is a dream partner: a stalwart champion of projects she believes in and the creators behind them."
