HI, I’M COURTNEY.
I support entrepreneurs, founders, and mission-driven leaders in building podcasts that build authority, thought leadership, visibility and business...not burnout.
Before founding Sounds Great, I led award-winning podcast projects for Spotify, Audible, and MTV Radio.
One of my proudest accomplishments is the strategic launch of Archetypes with Meghan Markle, which dethroned Joe Rogan to take the #1 spot on the Spotify podcast charts.

Holy Podcast Upgrade! Courtney provided strategic and thorough feedback. She affirmed what I am doing well (whew! that’s always helpful), and pointed out where I can align better with my business objective and my audience. Plus lots of recommendations and resources. What a gift to have an expert’s gaze on your work.
Jill Griffin, Host of The Career Refresh Podcast & CEO of Griffin Method Career Strategy
Run, don’t walk, to take advantage of Sounds Great’s expert guidance if you have or want to have a podcast. Courtney gave me valuable pointers and helped me get perspective on things, forcing me (in the gentlest way possible) to think about some tough decisions and questions.
Jill Kravetz, Podcast Host CEO, JRK Advisors
It was a fantastic experience to put my podcast together with Courtney, working from concept to realization. Her wisdom and guidance through the process was beyond appreciated and enlightened. Thank you for everything. I'm so looking forward to working with you in the future!
Ron Miller, Podcast Host and CEO & Founder of Elevate Talent Solutions
Courtney was instrumental in shepherding our show, Brutally Informed, to greenlight at Audible. She is a dream partner: a stalwart champion of projects she believes in and the creators behind them.
Emi Norris, Head of Spoken Word Operations at Amazon Music
Ariel Stallings, Founder,
Offbeat Empire
From the way she navigates her work with everyone from internationally-renowned media brands to independent creators to literal royalty, Courtney is incredibly attuned to the industry forces at play in the media, and has an almost uncanny ability to know what's coming.
I enjoy producing my podcast, but it’s been a ton of work for not a lot of return. Courtney came up with some great way to increase its ROI and generate more content without a ton more work.
Sean Dagony-Clark, Podcast Host & Founder, EffectivEDU
